We recently purchased a new NEC system from Telephone Magic, which replaced our old Nortel Norstar. We absolutely love all the new features and could not be happier with all the specific customization's we were able to utilize.

They charge 25% restocking fee even if you return the product the same day without opening the box. It is so much work for them to pack and sent the item. I was shocked!!!

Telephone Magic have excellent quality of product and service. Jeff has gone over and beyond expectations to get us the perfect phone systems. Very happy with the price and quality. I highly recommend them.

I do not reccomend doing business with them. They ask general questions like do you have a phone system? Yes However the unit did not work with an analog signal therefore I had to pay a 25% restocking fee. NO MAGIC HERE and thought I would buy the other system from them instead.
