Had amazing service provided by Tyson and Aiden (I apologize if I’m misremembering names). They were quick, efficient, explained the process of the installation thoroughly and answered any questions that were asked. All around a seamless experience.

Our Internet went down. Bell sent a tech, could not fix it, said a subcontractor would look after, but could take up to a month! However, Telcon sent Jakob and Steven that same day, they found the problem and fixed it within an hour. Really appreciate such great service! Side note: what company buried a mission critical fibre optic cable two inches under the grass???

Just see them sitting out front of my house for last 2 hours doing nothing but dumping there old coffee on the ground n sitting in sketchy truck least turn off ur engine it is early in morning .
