Owner was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue over the phone with me, tech came out on time and my oven is working great again. Any other company I dealt with, including the manufacturer was of no help. Thanks :)

The technician was very rude. He was only interested in money and did not take any responsibility saying he can't give any guarantees if the machine will work. Etc etc.

Nothing but great things to say about the service we have always received from tech niagara.. they are always fast for service calls and reliable service when they do the job. Personally there is no one else I trust more to do the work right.

I ask if the have a repair guy for my issue, they say yes but we aren't taking new clients. I ask for another company that can help they say no. Thanks for nothing.
