I recently decided to switch banks and I am so glad I did! Tatiana Mirza has helped make the process smooth. What Td was willing to offer me verse my old back (First Ontario) is a huge difference and im much happier with Td. Only thing I was is that I made the change sooner.
View on GoogleGreat Staff, I pop in a few times and week and always feel very welcomed by all staff members.
View on GoogleSince opening my business account with TD, I have been visiting this branch to deposit cheques approximately every three to four months. As this is a business account, payments are typically received only after projects are fully completed. I have repeatedly requested to have the full funds released, but each time my request has been denied. It has been particularly frustrating when staff members respond that it is “my problem” rather than offering any form of assistance. On one occasion, an employee initially confirmed that I could receive more than the standard release amount but later retracted their statement, citing TD policy. This inconsistency has been disappointing and unprofessional.
View on GoogleI waited for over 20 minutes to get all the details on how to open a bank account for my child (with my child). I asked specifically when I come back do I need an appointment. Teller said no. It's been a struggle to get there with my child and before close due to work and child care. But today was the day, I just waited in that 20 minute line again to be turned away because this teller said I needed an appointment. She didn't have any appointments this week I could make so instead of offering to look at appointments in September she told me to call back. I just looked at the website for childrens account and it literally says "simple as walking in" to a branch near you. Thanks for nothing but two frustratingly long waits. The first one I get but this was unacceptable. Fix this process please. Opening a children's account is not rocket science.
View on GoogleStrange experience. I went in to unlock my online banking due to the extreme security which locked me out from using my account because I logged too many times? Anyways, going in to the branch is unfortunately the ONLY way to solve this… (which is ridiculous if you have to work or are out of country, it’s 2025…) I went in and spoke to an Asian woman, I had expressed my dissatisfaction with the procedures and accessibility to MY money. Instead of acknowledging my concerns or providing a solution she went into defense mode talking about high risk transactions as if she’s trying to flip the table on me. People travel and they were very regular transactions, it also was not why I had to unlock my account in the first place. It was just a rude experience as if I was an un-valued client.
