View on GoogleGo to Scott St location instead, or better yet, choose RBC, Scotia, CIBC, BMO, or any institution that actually wants to help you make money, rather than just make money from you. We went in person today and had a shocking experience with the manager. When we asked to speak with, she came over and told us she already heard the issue and didn’t understand why we were there. We simply wanted to give TD an opportunity to make things right, before switching banks. We were instead told that we shouldn’t be there as we had to deal with the issue online or over the phone. When suggesting that TD retentions would care about winning us back, we were told to block the phone # if it bothered us. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
View on GoogleAfter being lied to about deposit matching and provided a complete lack of transparency on their 1,500 different terms and conditions for their promotion regarding a 2% match when moving money into an investment account; my business partner and I decided to visit the branch to attempt to get a better path forward on our issue. We raised a complaint which was handled with absolute disrespect and anger from the branch manager Jaimie. The branch does not care about your concerns, neither does the bank. It doesn’t matter if you have a single dollar or ten million held in their bank; you’ll receive the same level of disrespect. Do not bank here, do not visit, do not waste your time and certainly do not ever complain as you’ll be rudely interrupted and told to simply call a customer support line which will find new and creative ways to ignore you. I highly suggest doing your research into the numerous other one star reviews before choosing TD for any service whatsoever. -a very upset customer and corporation of TD for 25 years.
View on GoogleI would like to give an excellent rating to (Marilu) for her outstanding service and professionalism. She was extremely polite, kind, and helpful throughout my visit. Marilu not only activated my credit card correctly but also took the time to answer all my questions clearly and even provided me with valuable advice. Her respectful and caring attitude truly made a difference, especially after I had a disappointing experience at another branch on (TD)Scott Street, where my request was ignored, and my time was wasted. Marilu’s professionalism and dedication reflect the highest standards of customer service, and I truly appreciate her effort and patience. Thank you, Marilu, for turning my experience into a very positive one — you’re an asset to the bank!
View on GoogleI had a very disappointing experience at this branch. The teller I dealt with was condescending, rude, and completely dismissive of my questions. Rather than offering help or explaining things clearly, their tone made me feel like I was an inconvenience for simply trying to complete a routine transaction. I expect basic courtesy and professionalism when visiting a bank, and this interaction fell far short. I won’t be returning to this branch and hope management addresses this type of behaviour.
