TD Branch and ATM

This is the nicest, friendliest bank l have EVER dealt with! I never use the banking machine but can appreciate their point of view. However…other banks in the area do not provide nearly as good service. I deal with other banks too and make this comparison. Try it.

If you're taking your bank machines offline at least have the forethought to schedule more than one cashier to be on. You're a freaking bank.... No bleeding heart we can't afford excuses, just poor management.

My mom tried to open a joint account at the Port Colborne location today. She was there for over 1.5 hrs and still wasn't able to open it. The staff was extremely condescending to us both. We are now happy Meridian clients! TD is not customer friendly. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have banked with this branch for almost five years. In that time, they have had several staff come and go, but their service has always been excellent. I was admittedly sad to see Ms. McIntyre retire -- she was always wonderful to deal with. I will happily continue to do business with this branch in the future.

The branch is OK, but the call center is absolutely useless. Call 5 times for 1 thing and get 5 different answers. The supervisors don't have the knowledge of the products or proper customer service skills. Our accounts are going to be closed and moved to another establishment that can accomplish what is required without making 8 phone calls and 4 trips to the bank. I can't give 0 stars, so 1 it is.
