TD Branch and ATM

So glad I pulled out of this bank. The manager who served us could see how my mother suffers from arthritis could barely put in her pin. I go to help. She puts a stop to that as it's not my card. I understand that but it has never been an issue before. This place needs to get its staff on the same page and management needs to get off its high horse.

This bank is ridiculous, spent 50$ to come to Garrison Rd bank for them to deny me with a new card when I have brought my Photo ID health card, SIN # and birth certificate, I DO NOT recommend going to this bank they WILL Give you a hard time and you they don't give you the customer service & support you are looking for, once again I DO NOT recommend coming here. And to be specific it was a Chinese girl & a old girl with curly hair giving me attitude when all I was trying to do is get a new card. Pathetic service 1/10, Horrible customer service, Horrible customer communication, DO NOT recommend!

I didn't have a appointment but I got paperwork wrapping my mom's estate. I took the chance and popped in the Fort Erie branch. A lady named Lisa was so accommodating. She was so helpful. So refreshing to have someone help. I finally wrapped up my mom's estate and I have William to thank for that. This young man went beyond expectations. He was so helpful and courteous. I am so thankful to have had someone so knowledgeable to help with a difficult situation.

Cheryl and will are absolutely amazing. They got all my questions answered and my account open with ease. They showed me how to work my online banking and how the currency exchange works. I felt very welcomed and appreciated during this visit. I appreciate you two and can’t wait to start using my account. The friendly American.

About one week ago I went into the branch wanting to order foreign currency, very quiet in the branch. The teller at the business wicket, a young man, said he was ready to help me. Once at the wicket he was disinterested, couldn't be bothered, told me to order foreign currency on line. As if I don't know. Service is no longer in TD's vocabulary, tellers used to be knowledgeable, not nowadays, and to top it off they don't seem to want to work.
