TD Branch and ATM

I had an excellent experience working with Andrew and Maria at TD (Stoney Creek branch) when securing my mortgage last year. I had an appointment with Marino and was so impressed with how nice, professional and empathetic he was about my financial situation. He found me money that no other banker has found and I've seen many bankers at TD. He managed to save me over 200$ a month and advised I was being taxed too much. He made me some alterations and put me to ease. Especially at Christmas time. He seemed to really know my portfolio and gave me some options. I really hope my message gets to the right people because I really appreciated his help and knowledge in banking. If you need financial advice please go see Marino. He was awesome!

Nadia the manager does not know what shes talking about, each time we come in a for a deposit, theres always an excuse to make things more complicated. every other branch in hamilton are trained and educated. The branch managers there are unaware of what they are doing, this will also be sent out to TD complaints, all the other employees there are very nice and respectful. I will also add that wait times are crazy while theres not enough staff to help. I would be pleased to give 0 stars if we could.

I have been banking with TD Canada Trust since I came to Canada in 2014 TD Canada Trust is a really trustworthy Great customer service Wherever in canada honestly this Branch was the worst there was like two people they were helping like 8 customers (((just two employees)) on 8 customers ?!!!? the bank is clean the area is nice but the service was horrible
