TCM Graphix Inc. & Tint

Disgraceful customer service, complete atrocity, biggest hack tint job I've ever had they did 3 cars for us and all of them have issues some horrible cuts and small bubbles and some peeling, and the one the whole rear glass had a bubble the size of a pillow and they denied fixing anything? We tried being professionals about just getting the mistakes fixed, but it was all excuses blaming that the car had previous tint, then why didnt they prep before installing, they are supposedly the professionals and they installed the tint as they say as is where is and just came up with a bunch of excuses and left us with 2/3 cars with tint issues... make the drive go elsewhere save your money and stress, you have been warned🤷‍♂️

Got my windshield tinted here last year. After a year of use, I never had any issues with the tint. It was a quick installation 20-25 min. Had to remove the tint but will get it back done from the same place

Always quick to get the job done. I've had decals and stickers made for various jobs + always get tint done by TCM. Great to communicate with and quality work.

Texted back and forth with Josh discussing what I needed done to my car and sent him pics too. Had to follow up with him several times to get a response. His texts were very delayed, usually by days at a time. We finally got to the process of booking my vehicle in after 6 days of texting due to delayed responses. He asked if I could get the car in this week, I said yes, never heard back, I gave up trying.

I had my daughter's car windows tinted for her birthday and the guys did a great job. It took a bit longer than expected (1hr45min), but very satisfied with the workmanship and the professionalism. The guys were courteous, informative and thorough. Although not the cheapest quote I got, the other guy sounded a bit sketchy on the phone so I went with TCM. You should too.
