Not helpful Takes 3 months to file my simple taxes Rude staff Dont recommend this place to anyone and Never coming back!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. We have been waiting for taxes to be done since SEPTEMBER 2025. we have dropped in to see Ron, as recently as February 11th 2026. he doesn’t ever call back. It’s disgusting lack of professionalism.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Tax Services 2000. I trusted them to file my taxes correctly, and instead I walked away with a massive mess that I now have to clean up. They signed me up for the Canada Workers Benefit even though I wasn’t eligible, and because of that mistake, I now owe thousands of dollars back to the government. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, I went back to speak with Dan directly to try to sort out the mess they created. The lack of accountability was shocking. In my experience, he didn’t care, didn’t take responsibility, and didn’t offer any real help to fix the situation. I left feeling dismissed and completely unsupported, while still stuck with the bill for their error. There is absolutely no excuse for this. I trusted them to know what they were doing, it’s literally their job and instead I’m dealing with a massive financial mess that never should have happened. The amount of stress, frustration, and wasted time this has caused me is unbelievable. This whole process has been a nightmare, and based on my experience, I would never recommend their services to anyone. If you choose to go here, double-check everything they do.
