We have been going to see Lou many many years. First at his home in St Catharines, then at his office in Smithville. Even tho Lou moved to Smithville we did not hesitate to follow him. Lou is the most honest person and we have learned to trust him fully.

While doing some computer repair nearby, I found myself lacking a cable and their staff (on the office supply side, obviously) went above and beyond to meet my needs. A+, 5⭐

I ordered an ink cartridge from them, unfortunately I never asked a price for same. When the cartridge arrived it was in my opinion, extremely over priced!! So my advise when dealing with this outfit for office supplies is too ALWAYS ask what their price would be before placing anykind of order!! I will never shop here ever again!!
