Less and less help on the floor. Fewer and fewer registers open. Dirtier and less stocked every time I go there. Target now reminds me of how KMart used to be right before they closed. So sad because it's just one more place that has lost so much so quickly and there really aren't many other options. At least Walmart is cheaper and has more selection even if it's no better.
View on GoogleThis was my first time visiting Target in Niagara Falls, and I was honestly impressed. I went shortly after Christmas and found so many great leftover holiday deals throughout the store. The beauty section was a highlight for me — there were amazing discounts on makeup and self-care sets, with prices ranging from $5 to $10. I scored some fantastic finds from well-known brands like Shea Moisture, Burt’s Bees, Kylie Cosmetics, and more. Perfect for stocking up or grabbing gifts at unbeatable prices. The store was well organized, clean, and easy to navigate, making it simple to browse without feeling overwhelmed. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed, and checkout was quick despite the busy season. Overall, this Target location is definitely worth a stop if you’re visiting Niagara Falls, especially for post-holiday deals, beauty bargains, and everyday essentials. I’ll absolutely be coming back on my next trip!
View on GoogleWent to the electronic department to get help with headphones and the first lady just shrugged me off with no explanation . She got another person's attention to help me who was Jasmine but she was busy with a customer. Jasmine did not have it in her to go the extra mile. I asked for help with headphones and what would be compatible to my cell phone, she quickly pointed in the direction of the headphones and said "whatever we have is going to be there." I was expecting her to say if you can wait one moment I'll help you after this customer. There was no follow up.
View on GoogleVery clean and organized location. Had most of the things we were looking for. Definitely a closer location from the border for Canadians who are visiting for the day.
View on GoogleIt's a typical Target, except within distance from the Canada-US border, which makes stopping by a great option for us while we were at Niagara Falls. The store was clean, the staff were friendly, and I can't complain about anything. We did some shopping here, but the highlight was the cashier Sheila. She made small talk but gave us a memorable shopping experience. She took time to advise us of the benefits of the Cat and Jack brand, which we are fans of. We did not know of the policies around it and really appreciated her taking the time to inform us. She could have just clocked it in, but she clearly enjoyed her job. Sheila made our experience at this Target wonderful.
