Tannous Rosemonde Dr

I have been a patient of Dr. Tannous’ since December 2023, following open heart surgery for an aortic aneurysm. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate her and her staff. My most recent visit was no exception. From booking the appointment, to their services during my visit, the administrative staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. The technicians made my test experience seamless. Their instructions were clear and the process was smooth. Dr. Tannous was personable, concerned, and informative in the follow up appointment. She answered any of my questions and offered appropriate advice as needed. She even made sure that my daughter, who was accompanying me, has been tested for aneurysms. The atmosphere was congenial and relaxed. I feel like I’ve been in good hands over the last 2+ years and I highly recommend this cardiac facility.

Courtney the technician who did my ECG and ecocardiogram was excellent. Clear and concise with instructions and very knowledgeable about what to anticipate when conducting these assessments for heart health. Easy to talk to and can see her passion in what she does. Had a lovely chat with her regarding her journey to becoming a technician here - she is highly educated and I truly believe this young lady will go so far in life... her future is looking bright!

On September 12, 2024, I had an appointment with Cardio Health on portage rd Niagara Falls which was scheduled with Rose, but instead, I was attended by a man I think named Surbjeet, (who wore a turban) Unlike usual procedures, he didn't shave the area before applying sticky patches for the test especially when he had to replace them causing discomfort. He seemed uncertain about the placement of wires on my chest, requiring multiple adjustments. When fitting the Holter device, he again struggled with wire placement, necessitating repositioning. I inquired about the stress test, to which he replied it wasn't requested by my doctor. After leaving, he called me back within 10-15 minutes to correct the Holter setup, resulting in additional parking fees. Furthermore, the Holter's battery did not last the full 3 days, leaving me uncertain about the accuracy of my tests. Upon consulting my family doctor about the absence of a stress test, he indicated it should have been included. Cardio Health later contacted me to schedule another appointment solely for the stress test, raising concerns about their motives for multiple appointments. My past experiences with similar tests were completed in a single visit, making this experience particularly disappointing. I highly don’t recommend this place.
