Terrible service. I waited all day for a delivery as my car wouldn't start. One of the $40 carts I purchased was leaking and wouldn't function. As always with carts, I hold the receipt in case of an issue. This was my first time every having an issue, so I brought it back to the store. Employee said call the LP because they do not do refunds even for malfunctioning carts. Every other store in the city does so I recommend shopping else where. I will never order from this store again. Absolutely terrible service, not to mention the prices are beat by every other store in the area. 1 star is too many. I hope the landlord is shopping for new tenants because T Canna won't be around long if this is how they operate.

Traggically disappointed, I am from outta town when I placed my order, I was at peace anxiously waiting for my delivery. UNTIL RECIEVED CALL. Got some BS excuse from delivery guy and apparently he can't deliver anymore tonight. Well thanks now I am screwed and if your system takes order for tonight ... Then product should be delivered. Fix the system or prodocall! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr thanks for nothin'

Great employees always super friendly, good deals, always on point and helpful staffJames is a solid manager and so is the sweet ginger 😝 they will take care of you 110% haven't had a bad experience yet!

Changing my review from 5 start to 1 star. Based on how I was treated by James the store manager I won’t return. I was met with most disrespectful customer service. Been a client since they opened. Spend $300.00 weekly there, now I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. If your vape breaks be prepared for them to huff on it with there bare lips in the store and tell you it’s fine.

Always friendly with excellent service. Staff are always patient with customers who don't know what they're looking for and are always ready and willing to help with recommendations. Whether it's company specials, best sellers, or personal favorites the staff can find something for everyone. I definitely recommend this location.
