SVP Sports - Niagara Falls

Careful this place is selling used shoes. I bought 1 pair of shoes didn't wear them at all and went to return them at other location in Etobicoke they said it's used. So that's for sure the 1 I bought from Niagara is used or the store in Etobicoke don't want to take them back and making excuses. I offered them to take them I don't want any refund they still refused LOL.

Great shop with some unique stuff at exceptional prices! Definitely worth a look through the racks to find some really great bargains!

Had a great experience at this location. I came in and purchased several different items, staff were helpful. There was good selection of things, I found everything I needed. And the prices - wow. Great prices for sports apparel.

When we come to the region a couple times a year, I appreciate going to this store for the deals and variety of products. However, in our most recent visit, we felt like criminals right when we walked in. I realize that you mention its policy and safety, but you have balance this with the perception of your store and the desire of the customer feeling comfortable looking at your products. My wife and I started to walk around looking at things, and both said to each other “I don’t feel comfortable here and feel like a criminal.” At that moment we went straight to the cash with no products - which is unusual for us. Before leaving, we got a couple things at the front and the cashier was great, but we would have gotten much more.

Always worth a visit to SVP Sports. Was hoping they would have baseball cleats in stock (end of summer clearance), but unfortunately not. Still, lots to choose from. As a sports fan, you can feel like a kid in a candy shop at SVP.
