Suzy Shier | Le Château

Visited Suzy store couple times now and the customer service is always beyond expectation. I was not even planning to buy but when Nice lady, her name is Daniel,approached to help me, it made my day and I end up shopping here. This is my fav location just because of the sales reps here are amazing, smiling all the time😊and very helpful.. will visit again soon😊

I went into Suzy Shier not fully sure what I needed, and the experience was honestly great. The manager was approachable and clearly runs a well-organized store, and the staff were friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. I felt comfortable asking questions and never rushed. It made what I thought would be a stressful trip actually easy. I’d definitely come back and would recommend this location to anyone.

Great store!! Clean and well organized! Staff are super friendly and very helpful when trying on clothes and needing a different size. A very good shopping experience! I will be back

I strongly do not recommend this store due to the rude and disrespectful manager, who made me feel like I was being discriminated against because of my language skills and race. I purchased four items at this store, and at the time of payment, I received no information about the return policy. As soon as I completed the payment, I realized I had made a mistake and immediately requested a refund. The cashier, claiming to be the manager, told me that refunds are absolutely not allowed in this shop. Even though she knew the payment had just been made, she refused my refund and immediately called the next customer to check out. I had received no explanation about returns, and when I pointed this out, she said the policy was printed on the receipt. I told her that I only receive the receipt after paying, and that the store should have informed me before payment. She insisted that it was my responsibility to read the notice at the cashier desk at the time of payment. When I asked why I wasn’t informed beforehand and was only instructed to pay, she said she had no obligation to explain. Normally, stores inform customers in advance if returns are not allowed. Instead, she mocked me and other customers, repeatedly stating that she was the manager and that this shop does not allow any refunds. Additionally, some of the white clothing I purchased even had dirt on them. I have attached photos as proof. Absolutely do not shop at this store.
