I would love to give 5 stars to Qiane, but honestly she deserves even more! She is extremely humble, professional, and very talented. Her positive aura and energy make the whole shopping experience wonderful. She helped me far beyond my expectations while I was shopping at Suzy Shier. She was patient, kind, and truly cared about helping me find the right clothes. If it were possible to give 10 stars, I would absolutely do it. She deserves thousands of outstanding reviews. Thank you Qiane for such amazing service — I truly appreciate it and loved shopping with your help!

The store manager Savannah really impressed me as soon as I stepped in the store! It was well organized and she was very knowledgeable about stylish trends and whatnot. Would recommend this store :)

I went into the store. And seen a sweatsuit, I asked the manager michelle if she can confirm that they have the small still at the niagara taylor road outlet left my sweatsuit there and gave them time to do the confirmation. I came back about an hour later, asked them if they had any information about it, they said there was no sweater there, which I'd said to them. I find very hard to believe as there was only one left and nobody's running in there from last night 9 o'clock until now today, 11 AM, so I bought the sweatsuit that same night, I went to the Niagara tailor outlet and seen right in front of my face. The small sweater I asked them, did you guys get a call from the other location to confirm? If you guys had this mall They said, no, we never received a phone call. I end up purchasing the small and had to drive all the way back to Niagara Falls the next day which is today to return the suite that I had bought. The supervisor Michelle had no remorse. Did not say sorry and then proceeded to try to give me store credit. I do not want your store credits if you had done your job properly. I would not have to be buying and driving all over to get the sweatsuit. You are supervisor so you claim you should be doing your job effectively. Not unprofessionally, I'm very disappointed and will be addressing this store credit. Because I do not want to go back to your store.

I had such a great shopping experience at Suzy Shier thanks to the two amazing girls working there. Michele and Diane They were so friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. They gave me honest feedback, helped me pick the right sizes, and made the whole experience fun and stress-free. It’s rare to come across such great customer service these days, and they truly made a difference. Thank you both for making my visit so enjoyable—I’ll definitely be coming back!
