Absolutely fabulous! From the initial service call to installing a new furnace, the service has been exceptional. The office staff made the appointment and informed me of the time the installers would be here. Nick and Tyler showed up exactly when scheduled and were impeccable in their installation. They worked perfectly together and were very fussy about everything being perfect and cleaned up before they left. I would absolute recommend this company.

Nick came to my building to diagnose my Ice Machine. His knowledge & expertise were extraordinary. He troubleshooted through possible issues & swiftly pinpointed the problem. Afterwards, he went out of his way to mention some deficiencies he noticed & gave me information to correct the deficiencies, which I adhered to & completed. They advised they would have next day pricing for a commercial boiler pump. The building was cold for 3 days as they leisurely compiled a quote. Lucky we called another local company that priced the unit and had it install for almost 50% less then what Sure Fix's prices were. We also had the whole process completed in a fraction of the time Sure Fix operates.
