Warning, please don't use this company. My wife and I experienced the most disrespectful and discriminating situation with one of their employees. We were guests at the Wyndham hotel in Niagara falls, Canada. The hotel uses the company for its laundry services. After checking out and walking towards our vehicle, we noticed the employee had his truck parked behind us. We then asked him politely " if it would be possible for him to move his truck. He then aggressively said " No! 20 minutes" after some time passed we proceeded to politely ask him again. He then turned to me, looked me in my eyes and said aggressively "I'm not going to throw off my schedule for someone like you". As an African American woman who is also apart of the  LGBTQ+ community you can imagine my shock and discomfort considering today's social climate. I then proceeded to call the company and make a complaint and explain what transpired between myself and said employee. I was told that I would receive a phone call later and I did as promised. I was told by John whom I assume is the manager/owner that the employee I had the incident with "was only trying to do his job and did not mean to offend me and has been warned and if he receives another complaint he would be terminated". Although, I appreciate the call back it does not justify the incident that took place. I was a guest at a hotel that this company provides a service to. There should been a certain level of professionalism and respect while on the job and interacting with others.  It is a reflection of the training and the lack of vetting during the hiring process. I wish this experience on no one.
