Speed and higher prices with crappy haircut. They apparently teach their stylists to cut hair faster. They upped the price by maybe 35%. This new fast uneven haircut shouldn't have happened as there were no customers waiting. The left side is uneven and very short at the back. My hair was a great length and only needed a couple of inches off. The hairdresser said "look, still long" but it isn't. Not the lengths at the back. I can no longer put my hair in a low updo because the shorter pieces stick out. And when I went to pay two of the stylists were staring at me to see if I paid the inflated price.I did and kept quiet but everytime I try to put my hair up I am frustrated bc it is so uneven and the lousiest cut I've ever had from a stylist who once resisted the fast low quality cut

The hair cut was fine- just a few inches off- And the stylist was cordial. She cut my hair while it was dry and wavy. I had to clean up the ends a bit myself when i got home. I also thought the chairs got cleaned up after each customer. I didnt need to walk through piles of hair from the previous customer.

First time at Supercuts, Marcy cut and styled my hair. She did a fantastic job and I'm very pleased. Good location, nice shop, and great service. I'll be going back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My hair came almost to my waist Came to get long layered wolf cut explained to stylist that my hair has lots of body, showed stylist a pic of what I wanted 3 times stylist cut the curtain bang straight across at eyebrow level the layers are choppy not at all what I wanted I absolutely hate my hair both stylists agreed my hair was not at all like the picture, she also cut my hair too short after we agreed that only 2 inches would be removed from the back

I had a very great experience coming here. after neglecting my hair and not getting it cut in 2+ years, i left super cuts feeling brand new. i forget the lady’s name but she was so sweet and kind and offered me a shampoo and conditioning on the house, i felt so special. she listened to what i was asking for and did not disappoint !!
