Disappointed. Dropped off 2 items to be engraved for our Groomsmen on April 12 and was told they would be completed the following week. Never heard anything. Called last week, said they would be completed by the weekend and still were not done. Picked them up today to bring elsewhere. Very poor customer service, didn’t seem like they wanted business.

I am so in love with the logo stamp I purchased. The service was fast and friendly My stamp was ready in a day. And pick up was flexible and fast. I've included an image. My ink is severly lacking after 300 stamps but the image is perfect and so detailed. Thank you I will be ordering more.
