The customer service and quality sunrooms at Aztec Enclosures cannot be beat. Bill and Elaine have been a pleasure to deal with and we love going to their showroom to find unique gifts too. Last March 2022 I purchased a cover for our patio “Sola-Vue” I believe. After getting quotes from Lumon and Awning Authority I went with Aztec, cost being the biggest factor. Leading up to the installation date I had asked them to come back to go over the measurements since unlike Lumon I was never given a drawing. I was told it wasn't necessary and it was pretty straight forward. So when they came to install it I remembered Bill saying the posts could not be more than 14’ appart but with 3 months having gone by. No drawing to refer to and speaking with several contractors I couldn’t remember why. I asked one of the contractors if the posts could go 16’ appart (outside dimension)? I was told yes. I then asked why Bill said they had to be 14’ appart? He looked dumbfounded, shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t know” So I gave him the go ahead to make the post 16’ appart. When they were done it looked terrible and when I Spoke with Bill about it and he tells me “that's what you asked for, if you want any changes you’ll have to pay for it” which is ridiculous cause I was never told what it would look like after and If I had all the information I never would have made those changes. I was persistent with my calls, emails and finally got Bill to come by to see for himself. He agreed to cover the square tubes with a U-channel and replace a post due to scratches and dents but I haven’t seen them since. Any time I have spoken with Aztec since it’s the same answer “It’s been ordered and we don’t know when it will get here” which is ridiculous, I’m a tradesman working in manufacturing for 25yrs now. Sometimes it takes a while to get your parts but the supplier will always give a rough delivery date. So now that they have my money I’m no longer a priority. From the pics I took you can see the poor finishing, scratches, dents and top corner being out of square. If I did this kind of work I’d be out of a job. Since then I’ve been dealing with Vastek for shading systems and I’ve got nothing but good things to say about them.

They did an excellent job at our old house. Looking to get another Sunroom built by them at our new location :) the only bad thing is the wait times!

We had an awning, supplied and installed by Aztec Enclosures, over our patio. Beginning from the first time we entered the showroom the staff was available to answer all our questions. The knowledge and professionalism that we experienced with all of the staff was so helpful. The order was processed and the work completed on time and without any problems. We are very pleased with the product and workmanship. The installers worked to complete the project in a very timely manner and cleaned up the area leaving no debris for us to deal with. We would highly recommend Aztec Enclosures for any project to be completed. A great big thank you to Bill and all of the staff. Sincerely a very satisfied customer!

Bill and Elaine are very knowledgeable about their products. I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism of everyone at Aztec Enclosures and their exceptional customer service. The screened-in porch looks absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a three season sunroom.
