Sunset Inn

Customer service was great. Came here for one night for Nye. Room was clean and as we anticipated. We have stayed at other hotels in Niagara falls and this one was good for the price. We plan to come back in the summer with our kids and will be sure to book here again.

This was a great motel to stay in, close to everything in walking distance , weather sucked but that's okay! It was super clean and the staff were friendly. I booked 2 rooms for 4 of us and everything was easy to check in and check out! It was a great time and the lady was super friendly to me! They even allowed us to keep our car there after so we can go to the breakfast buffet !

Creepy owner and bad staff. My man booked a room for us for one night to go to the casino. And we decided to extend. The owner was ridiculously creepy he said someone needed to stay to get the security deposit. My man had to work so I stayed. Website says you can checkout between 7am and 9am. So I tried to check out at 730. The owner then came to my room 3 times just to tell me how sexy I am. At 9am he said i will just email transfer you give ne your information so i did. I called a day later and was yelled at by a younger employee pretending to be the owner I've never been so uncomfortable and still have not received my security deposit.

I liked the hotel for what we really needed. It was affordable, and everything was close by. You can walk to most attractions, and for those you can't, you can take the bus and leave your vehicle in the hotel's free parking lot. I would recommend that room service be more active regarding changing towels and sheets. The owner is very nice, kind, and very helpful. She will help you with whatever you need, and is within her reach.

I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting from Alberta and, without high expectations, the hotel turned out to be great. The location is perfect — super safe, with lots of restaurants nearby and easy walking around. Parking is available in the front and back, which was very convenient. The pool hours (10am–10pm) were great, and my room was clean with plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo. The bed sheets were clean, which was awesome, and my queen suite with a salon had a very comfortable bed. The best part was the people — the staff were friendly, and the owner is such a genuine and kind person who treats everyone like family. That hospitality really made my stay special. I’d definitely recommend this place and will stay here again next time.
