We love our new three season room from Suncoast. Steve and Kent were fantastic to work with. They were really committed to making sure everything was perfect, and it was a pleasure having them around. Their work was professional and thoughtful. We absolutely recommend this company.

We recently had retractable screens installed for our backyard cabana by Suncoast Enclosures. The entire experience was outstanding! We have recently worked with contractors for various renovations around the house and have to say that this was one of the best experiences we have had thus far. From the initial inquiry to the final walkthrough, the team demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and a genuine commitment to quality. Rory, and Wesley from the sales team were quite helpful—and responsive. They answered all of our questions promptly (and we had a lot of questions), and made sure we felt confident and informed throughout the planning process. His clear communication and attention to detail set the tone for a smooth and stress-free experience. During installation, Luke, and Sasha were meticulous. They showed up on time, were courteous, and working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship. We had to retrofit an existing Cabana, so there were some specific considerations that were required as the pillars we had were decorative and we were not sure that the track would fit on our existing structure.They took extra time to walk us through how the enclosure worked and even helped set up our WiFi control to ensure everything was functioning perfectly. Their care and thoroughness didn’t go unnoticed. We also want to thank Jade from the administrative office, who was consistently helpful and communicative—she kept us updated on the order at every stage and made scheduling effortless. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such thoughtful customer service. We are thrilled with the final result and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space.

Wesley, Jade, Alvaro and Manny were all great throughout the process of installing our new pergola. Looks great! High quality materials that easily give you the option to add on. We are extremely happy with our Suncoast enclosure. Rory was amazing when he initially explained the process and showed us the products and suggested we come to the showroom to get a better idea. He was not aggressive or pushy. We met Brendan who processed our order and started the ball rolling. Our build was done by 2 wonderful guys, Alvaro and Manuel. Very meticulous and precise, professional, and explained everything to us prior to doing the work. Alvaro went over the entire workings of the enclosure, and made sure he answered all our questions. Clean up after the job was done, was just as meticulous. High accolades to Alvaro and Manuel!!!

Kent and Steve did a wonderful job of building our louvered roof pergola for our patio. They were professional and paid attention to the fine details. They always took the time to answer any questions that I had and I would highly recommend these two men to do work for further projects. Greg was our first contact at Suncoast enclosures and he provided us with on-site Advice of the project that we were dreaming of. Jade also did a wonderful job at the display site and got us excited about all the options. Thanks to a great team of individuals at Suncoast enclosures we are enjoying the addition to our house.
