View on GoogleAvoid at all costs! Especially when it comes to Michael Peacock, who is unprofessional, unresponsive, and could just care less like the rest of them. Just a few days ago I had my life insurance application denied. SunLife simply deposited all the money they have been withdrawing (for life coverage in the meantime) from my account back into my account. No telephone call, no email, no effort at all to inform me about it and discuss the reason why my application was denied. I and my wife reached out to Michael Peacock (SunLife agent who assisted us with the application) several times by email, by phone, and no response. We finally received a response from him the next day, after informing him that we will be leaving a review that described his unprofessionalism. Michael informed us that he was on vacation, that he is entitled to a vacation, and that we better be careful about calling him unprofessional, is that some kind of threat Michael? You are unprofessional, you are entitled to a vacation, so when you do go on vacation have your email set up to inform your clients of this, as well as your voicemail. That’s what professionals do isn’t it? For anyone reading this please avoid SunLife financial, please avoid Michael Peacock, there are many other providers, and always remember, they need us, not the other way around.
View on GoogleI dealt with Catalina Voda, who was an a great help for me and very quick to respond. I needed to get travel insurance for my grandma who was flying in on Monday and contacted Catalina on a Saturday afternoon. She was able to help me out with quotes and able to get the policy done the same day, when a lot of others had told me I would have to wait. I really appreciate the effort Catalina put in to get what I needed done. Very happy with her help and assistance. Highly recommend

Never tried to sell me. When I ask for my own personal life insurance for my family when the time comes, he took a week and laid out 4 options for me. Thank you all. I really appreciate it.
