Sun Country - Patio Furniture & BBQs

We purchased a beautiful patio set from Sun Country and unfortunately, the table delivery was delayed the entire summer. Stephanie and James were amazing to work with and provided a loaner table to get us through the season. Great customer service, and quality products! I will definitely visit them again for outdoor decor needs.

Bought a Napoleon Prestige BBQ from this place quite a number of years ago. It has been great but noticed that some of the burners had rusted through. I called and gave my serial number, sent a few pictures and in a very short time they provided me with 4 brand new burners and the sear plates to go with them! A big shout out to Derek!!! Thank you! If you are looking for a great bbq I recommend Sun Country!!!

Beautiful set however one leg was crooked and the corner seat sinks down and does not look great when getting up. It appears they forgot to put a board in it to support weight. Sun Country immediately corrected the issue and I would highly recommend them. Great sales and service and lovely selection of furniture.

In today's world I find counting on exceptional customer service rare. My husband has dealt with the company for almost 30 years.I bought a BBQ for his surprise birthday present and Stephanie even sent me a picture to go in his card😑😑When the purchase was not quite we had in mind, Derek and the team managed an exchange with grace and ease. I cannot say enough about this company other than they have restored my faith in good people doing good work😁😁😁

We want to say thank you so much! The entire process went very smoothly and we couldn't have asked for better service - the ordering, the communication, the delivery, and the products! We live in a townhouse and the terrace is on the third floor. There was no hesitation to bring the patio furniture all the way up (3 floors). Everything was done flawlessly and with ease. My wife and I are very pleased with Sun Country and will definitely be recommending to our friends and family.
