Wow, were we delighted with our dinner! Best hibachi food—from the onion soup to the extra crispy fried rice. Medium rare steak was the perfect pink. And the tempura ice cream is amazing. Such a fun dining experience. Great service and Tru was a fabulous cook!
View on Google• Worst quality sashimi, poorly cut, uneven and extremely thin, low quality, worse than basic nigiri level • Rolls overloaded with overly sticky rice poorly wrapped, • Shrimp tempura was cold and damp, not crispy at all. • Ramen Soup was cold, unacceptable for a hot dish • Overall terrible quality and not worth the money • Would not recommend and will not return. Worst quality place in my 20+ years of Japanese restaurant experience. even worse than sushi from Cancun.
View on GoogleEnjoyable! I tried the chicken teriyaki bento. The value for everything included was decent ($25) and filling. The presentation of the bento was neat and organized. Service was okay. The atmosphere and design of the interior feels unique. The teppan tables seem fun and interesting, and possibly worth visiting for a special occassion. Overall I had an enjoyable experience here
View on GoogleBento is nice and well priced for its content. Sashimi isn’t fresh but given the price maybe I shouldn’t expect much. Overall would recommend the place for the teppanyaki and cooked foods
View on GoogleGreat place, but not 5 stars, sorry. It’s too outdated in some areas. Restroom seems like never be renovated since it was originally built. But! Great sushi, staff, atmosphere, location is good. Prices are acceptable too. We spent $110 all in for two and we were full.
