I met Jamie for the first time when I went for a sugaring appointment. Jamie makes the appointments so quick and painless, always keeping me engaged in conversation so I don’t focus too much on pain. Recently, Jamie recommended that I get one of Sugarmoon’s facials and I agreed. As soon as I walked in she greeted me and walked me through the entire process, explaining everything in details so I wouldn’t be surprised at any point during the service. I had a sugaring appointment today at 9:30am and unfortunately didn’t catch the name of the tech who helped me. I started my day off wrong and was running late, feeling pretty flustered. From the moment I walked in, she completely shifted the tone of my morning. She was calm, attentive, friendly, and just easy to be around. Not only was the sugaring done perfectly, but that extra bit of chill energy and kindness really made a difference. It’s amazing what one person can do to turn a day around. This place rocks, and I’ll definitely be back — both for the service and the overall experience.

I had a great first experience at Sugarmoon (Fonthill). I booked a sugaring appointment with Gia, who was competent, quick and friendly. The location is a big plus - lots of parking, easy to get to from anywhere in town. The room was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. Will definitely be returning.
