Sugar & Spice Elite Spa

Just had the Sole 2 Soul experience (refelexology, facial & massage) and the whole experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this spa!

Lindsay and her team... care. From the minute you walk in to the Spa you feel taken care of... let the stress just melt away :) Their services are incredible. (which I have likely had them most of them!). If you are looking to relax with a great massage or facial, get a mani/pedi done.. you need to look no further!!

After moving from Hamilton to Fort Erie, I was actively searching for a spa closer to home that offered waxing services. I was in luck when I stumbled upon Sugar & Spice! Such a lovely, calming environment with caring and compassionate staff members. Dalie is absolutely lovely with a calming and gentle approach! She's a perfectionist - it shows through her attention to detail. She takes her time to ensure you're comfortable and emits such a positive energy. Although I've only been coming for waxes, I totally recommend Sugar & Spice. A clean, organized and kind environment. Bravo!

Incredibly disappointed that my scheduled manicure was not completed today. When booking my appointment, I made it known that my nails had a hard gel overlay and gel polish on them. At no point was I led to believe that I would be unable to have my nails done as scheduled. I attended for my appointment and the technician began to work on removing the gel overlay. About 5 minutes into the process, she asked what I had on my nails and I proceeded to tell her. She asked me to wait a moment, left the room and upon her return advised that she would not be able to remove the product on my nails as the 'salon does not do that type of work'. I was unhappy at this point and asked if there was anything she could do. I was told she could file them, cut down the length and re-polish them. Nothing could/would be done about the six weeks of re-growth. She knew I was not happy with that option by the expression of shock on my face. The tech again left the room, returning to look for tools used to remove gel polish. At this point another woman (I suspect the manager), came in and reiterated what I had been told previously. That was not acceptable to me and I advised that I would be leaving. If Sugar and Spice is not able or willing to remove products used at many nail salons these days, they should clearly articulate the types of processes they are willing to complete. I booked this appointment well in advance of a wedding and was forced to find another salon to do my manicure at the last minute. I will never recommend Sugar and Spice to anyone in the future.

First time getting a lash lift here and it’s really bad each eye looks different and some lashes are not even curled, some lashes are going left and right and I don’t recommend
