Subway

I went in before close and the store was very clean. Everything was prepped and fresh. The lady working even gave me a free cookie. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you

If I could give this subway 0 stars I would, the owner gives attitude when it is a buy one get one deal. Then I ordered two Canadian classic footlong subs today and the workers forgot to put turkey on the one sub and ham on the other I went back to the store with only the halves of the subs that were left once we noticed the meat was missing and the worker pulled my subs apart checking the meat, she said I will add meat to both of the old subs. I asked for new subs to be made as this was there error. Or I would like my money back instead and they could keep the subs. I was told I couldn't have my money back and that she was adding the meat and making a new 6inch sub. This is the worst subway!

By far the worst subway I’ve ever been to. And I am a subway lover, I didn’t think I would ever find a consistently bad subway. I always seem to get the same worker who skimps on all the toppings. Even the vegetables! I’m ok with a little less meat (I understand that can vary place to place), but at least make up for it with some lettuce! The bread never seems fresh and my sandwich comes out looking sad and flat. Which is not usually the case!

Rude workers with attitudes, never use the mobile app because they never give refunds either and they cheat ingredients on the subs while also mostly getting orders wrong. (I ordered a pizza sub with lettuce, bbq sauce, hot sauce, sweet onion sauce, where is any of those toppings on there?))

The manager of this subway is doing a terrible job. We ordered 3 subs around 7 pm. The white bread was very stale very hard. I called the manager his response was and I'll quote him. He said "no no your bread was not hard there is no way because bread is sometimes hard in the morning never in the evening." I told him I was not lying he continued to argue with me he was difficult to understand and very rude. I asked for my money back he said no. I asked him to replace the meal. He took my phone number and never called. He clearly doesn't respect his customers nor the Subway good name. This is the worst food the worst manager I've ever encountered. I've loved subway since the 90s. For some strange reason all subways have gone down hill the last few years. They got rid of green olives. They also put less meat on the cold cut trio. This subway is deliberately putting less and less on your sub. Stale hard bread. I'll never eat at this subway again nor any other subway. I'll try locally owned sub shops. It's disgraceful how this manager is giving subway a bad name. It is the managers job to make it right to at least replace the food. Manager did not replace the food. Please do not eat here because if your food is wrong the manager will do nothing.
