We ordered 3 subs… all were different.. we received 2 the same on different bread and the third was correct..my wife couldn’t eat the sub they made.. I called and they said.. they will give me a free 12” sub next time I order… well I ordered again.. asked for my free sub due to bad service the last time.. I’m sorry we don’t give you a free sub we give $2.00 credit…. Nope not going there ever again!
View on GoogleI recently just purchased a veggie sub today and I wasn’t happy the way the girl who made my sub, cut the bread. She really needs to learn to use a bread knife and properly, instead she squished the bread cut open not evenly cut either and on top of that her way of talking and tone was way rude. Please train your employees again and teach what customer service is and what it means. Additionally the soda machine was out of order and bottle soda drinks were not cold.
View on GoogleI placed a mobile order at the wrong location by accident (no where near me and I have no car). So I immediately called to cancel and no one answered the phone for 20 minutes. Finally an employee that said her name was “Kaur” answered and she was super rude and unhelpful. She told me she couldn’t cancel my order because she already made it, despite it still showing as “in progress” in my app.. she said the app doesn’t tell you when it’s ready and that the app not working properly isn’t her problem and then said it’s my own fault for not double checking the address before ordering. I explained if someone had answered the phone when I started calling 20 minutes ago that this wouldn’t be a problem, and it’s not my fault no one answered my call. She told me there’s nothing she can do for me. I asked her for a manager and she claimed to be the manager and said there was no one else working that I could speak to. I asked for a customer service phone number and she refused to give me any numbers and then she hung up on me. I called back because now I am furious that she hung up on me and when she realized it was me calling again, she hung up on me again. Completely useless. Most unhelpful, unsympathetic, rudest, unkind employee I have ever dealt with, at any store/restaurant I’ve ever been to. I have never been talked down to like that and treated so poorly over a simple mistake. I deleted my app after this and will never go to Subway again.
View on GoogleFood tasted great. Staff working kept asking me what I wanted, after repeatedly saying I need a minute. Was standing super far away from the counter too. $32 for two subs with no sides is a little ridiculous, but they tasted good at least
View on GoogleSubway on 95 Lincoln St. in Welland, Ontario is an absolutely horrible place to stop by and eat. I went there a hot July evening, and the air conditioning was not working in addition to the fountain, drink machine being out out of order. On top of that, they were advertising a $30 gift card with a five dollar voucher. I paid for the $30 gift card and when it came time to get the five dollar voucher, the employee said it’s not available. This was definitely not appreciated. I had to stand my ground andshe then honoured the promotion which was advertised on a sign right in front of the cash register. She gave me a big attitude after that. I’ve been to much better subways, and this is one you should definitely avoid.
