Subway

I'd give this a zero star if I could. I went there to pick up three subs. The first sub I asked for sub sauce and Mayo. He instead put peppercorn ranch and which I told him that's not Mayo. He then proceeded to take the peppercorn ranch off of the cheese and meet with his finger dragging his finger across the meat to which I asked to make me another one he wasn't going to till someone stepped in. And then the lady that stepped in told him to make a new one. I then told her that the lettuce looked wilted, soft and very disgusting. It did not look appetizing at all to what she told me. Too bad that's all we have for today. I asked her to get a new lettuce insert in which she told me no. Stay as far away as possible from this place before you get food poisoning from the lack of good service and the lack of good food.

I asked for the meal of the day three times and she insisted that I could do it with the footlong and then wouldn’t let me get the 6inch She then said tht I couldn’t do the meal of the day because of her the footlong. She messed up our toppings and pretended like she sold soft drinks from a fountain… which they do not. The lady was very incompetent. She asked the same questions 5 times and it wasn’t because we were talking low. I’d have to say that this was the worst experience in fast food that I have ever had. My boyfriend is a very picky eater and specified twice that he didn’t want a lot of sub sauce and got five lines. Light mayo was asked for as well. I regret buying my sub from here.

Employees are very good and fast. My order was perfect. Highly recommend this location.

If there's one subway that has to be avoided in the Niagra Region, this is the one. The 2 employees, especially the male bald guy are not good while handling customers. Spinach was old, guacamole was not fresh. When asked, he started arguing with me. I Reached out to subway support team with this review, got no help. In order to get the food safety concerns be addressed properly at this location, I would seek help from regional food safety department so that they can fix the food safety standards here. Please avoid this place

Use to love Subway years ago, (40 years) been a customer, but the quality is gone down hill. Not sure if it's the franchise owners and management, or just the lack of quality ingredients. My biggest issue are the buns. Everytime I get them, they are dry and stale. I usually make an effort to ask for the freshest ones that came out of the oven last, but forgot to ask this time. Ordered three long foot long subs, and each of the different sub buns were very stale. Not sure what's going on with subways in recent years, but the lack of freshness is gone!! Think I will stick to mom & pop local sub shops from here on.
