Zero does not deserve any stars because an indin girls employee uses one knife and wipes it on sandwiches and a sandwich paper, and then uses it on someone else. I stopped buying from this site and went to Ontario, which is clean and has excellent service.

View on GoogleI had one of the most unpleasant experiences at this Subway. I originally got my order on Sunday, and it was made completely wrong by one of the staff members. I spoke to the manager, who was very polite and offered me a remake for the sandwich. When I went back to get it remade, the same person who messed up my order was the one making it again. When I politely pointed out what was wrong with my previous order, he started arguing with me instead of just fixing it. He kept minimizing the issue, saying things like “oh come on, it’s not that big of a deal,” which felt extremely dismissive and unprofessional. His tone was very misogynistic — I’m a paying customer, not his friend, and being spoken to like that was completely unacceptable. On top of that, he didn’t change his gloves while making a veggie sandwich, which is concerning since people have dietary restrictions and personal preferences. He also didn’t even remember what his own manager had written down on the note for my remake — I had to remind him myself. Overall, the experience was disrespectful and uncomfortable. The manager handled things properly, but this employee’s attitude and behavior were absolutely unacceptable. Subway needs to take this seriously and train their staff better on customer service, hygiene, and professionalism.
View on GoogleI typically don’t write negative reviews but I was very disappointed because of my sub order from this location . I usually order from 387 Scott st or 448 welland ave but tonight I ordered 2 subway from this location. The quality of both sub were bad as i attached pics there are hardly any chicken teriyaki plus I requested for grill which was not even done also cheese was not even melted and my sub bun sticked with paper as you can see in pic as well. I'm hoping you'll take this feedback and make improvements.
