View on GoogleWas only able to grab a sub all day and got a great Canadian club. Before the employee turned to me she washed her hands but washed of the soap before even spreading it clear as day. Washed just with water essentially for less than ten seconds. Then after I ate my sub, which did taste really good I’ll give them that. I didn’t feel well after digesting I’ll say that much. Sadly this isn’t a one time occurrence from this subway.
View on GoogleVery disappointing experience at this Subway. The employees refused to take my order and showed zero interest in helping. Their app was down and wouldn’t allow me to order a veggie patty sub. I politely asked if I could place a regular order and have it made as a veggie patty instead, but they flat-out refused without offering any solution. employee name Karan, was rude, unhelpful, and extremely unaccommodating. Their customer service was awful—dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help a customer, they made the situation unnecessarily frustrating. All other employees were very accommodating, except Karan. I have been going to this store for almost 4 years, its my go to store, and would never come back, suprise, I saw them being extremely rude with other customers behind us too. This was a totally unacceptable experience, and I expect much better customer service from a brand like Subway. Correction: I called the store the next day and spoke with an employee named Kim. She patiently listened to my concerns, acknowledged the situation, and offered a reasonable solution. She also apologized on behalf of Karan, which I truly appreciated. Kim demonstrated what good customer service looks like - respectful, supportive, and customer-focused. Hopefully, this experience helps KARAN reinforce that customer service should always be the first priority in any business. Thank you, Kim, for your patience, understanding, and professionalism. I’m genuinely grateful for your help.
View on GoogleI want to give a special thanks to Nikita! She was the most kindest lady who went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. Her customer service skills are exceptional and she made me the best sub i’ve had in years. Definitely returning soon! :)
