Absolute worst customer service, if I could give a negative star I would. I am purchasing $200 in gift cards for kids this Christmas season and the girl redid the cards multiple times then AFTER charging me $200 & getting approved on the debt machine, I also have safety measures on my credit card it emailed me right away that it went through and I even signed into my account to see that it was approved. The girl there insisted it did not go through, after calling a manager and then an area manager they expected me to leave without a receipt and were telling me that it would just drop off tomorrow. They refused to give me a receipt or anything to prove that I actually paid the $200 and wanted me to leave with no gift cards. After calling my credit card company they insisted it definitely did go through and would not drop off randomly, they wanted me to come back tomorrow if it's didn't "drop off" after insisting a refunded while on the phone with my credit card company they finally gave me one. I've NEVER experienced anything like this! I will bring my business elsewhere!

Ordered a turkey sub online and picked it up. Got home to find tuna in it. I don't know why the lady working couldn't read the order, I have the receipt in physical form and it says turkey.

DON’T ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered from this subway today around 4 pm, the food got to me and it was absolutely dry. I ordered the sub with 5 sauces and they did not put any on it. When I called the restaurant, the lady on the phone argued with me saying I made your sub and I put sauces in it and then she disrespectfully says maybe you should taste the sub and see it for yourself. I mean this is just ridiculous, worst experience ever, I have never had such a bad experience with subway. I will never order from here even if its for free.

Really bad customer service. I just took my order at 8:50pm(11feb). First thing I giving her review for her bad service. One of the worst service I ever experienced at any place. After my order was done she told me very harshly do u really wana take ur order Lyk seriously. It's food and I m hungry just bcz of that I took it. Otherwise I'm never gonna take. I'm highway truck driver I met lots of people everyday but she is really bad. I asked her name 3 times she doesn't reply. I really want the owner of this subway take this review seriously and teach her customer service. I m also attaching a photo of sub how she packed. This is the reason I gave one ⭐ otherwise I have no complaint with sub. Thanks and wish her good luck 👍
