Subway

II’m not shocked by the ratings,. I just left this Subway with the most scrimpiest sub I’ve ever had, mind you this is after I had asked for more sauce as I don’t put much else on a Meatball sub. 4 meatball,3 onions and 3 green peppers and barley any sauce.. the other half is the exact same.

Soft drink dispensor is down. Not an issue but they are refusing to offer combos eithout upcharging for a bottle. Even if you reject the drink they then dont allow you to get a combo and try to charge more. This is unlawful price gouging

Really impressed with this Subway in St. Catharines! The team is always friendly and attentive, and my order is never wrong. The restaurant is clean, and the food always tastes fresh. Highly recommend stopping by!

This location stands out because of its excellent customer service and attention to detail. My sandwiches are always made neatly, portioned perfectly, and packed with fresh ingredients. It’s clear the team takes pride in keeping the place running so well.

My husband and I ordered subs since we were staying at the hotel across the street. His work is always staying there. I had almost no toppings on my subs, i took a picture 3 olives for an example on the sub. My husband watched them make it and asked them to add more toppings, the man refused saying he would not be able to close it and did not add anymore onto it. I called, they called me liar. I went into the store they called me liar and called my husband a liar even though i took a picture of the receipt and picture of the sub, asked the lady to look st the picture and tell me that there are no toppings…. Because it was only half the sub she said sorry i do not believe you, its only half of the sub. I told her the other half looked the exact same way. She asked me what i wanted l, i said a refund or another sub. She said no, she doesn’t think so. I have NEVER had this kind if experience with any restaurant…. We would have given them more business right then and there, but we walked out and will not go back!! The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced!!! The restaurant was clean though, if i have to say anything nice.
