Subway

Went to my local subway and every time I go inside, I am met with disrespectful grumpy workers which usually doesn’t bother me much but today I went inside and was met with an Indian lady. That was very rude to me giving me a lot of attitude. Also had an issue with her, making a salad for me she wouldn’t dice any of the add-ons when I asked nicely and Completely refuse to cut anything so I was left with pretty much full pieces of vegetables which is not what a salad is supposed to be. Bottom line denying to cut vegetables for customer and giving them a ton of attitude about it is super unacceptable do better Subway.

Very nice, friendly young lady working Sunday September 28th and Monday September 29th at the Clarence St location. Very cheerful, remembering what I had previously ordered, and very efficient in making my subs. It's the friendly service both days that will keep me coming back. Great job. ***Update February 11th 2026, 1pm, Clarance St. Another friendly young lady working who engaged in conversation while making my meatball sub instead of silence. Employees like her are the reason I would go back. Sometimes it's more than just about the food. Another 5 🌟

It's subway, what more to say. You get your typical fast food service with also your fast food feel to the environment. You usually dont have to wait long and we love their 3 for $26ish

Love this location in Port Colborne! The staff are always welcoming, and my sandwiches are made perfectly every time. Fast service and fresh ingredients make it an easy 5-star experience.
