I normally don’t do this but… Absolutely unacceptable experience at Subway (Livingston Ave- Grimsby). I placed an online order with Subway that was processed but never received by the location, yet the money was still taken out of my account. Instead of fixing their mistake, I was told I had to wait 24 hours for a refund. Customer service was beyond terrible. They refused to remake my sub, wouldn’t offer a credit, and basically shrugged and said there was “nothing they could do” except make me wait. No apology, no accountability, and no effort whatsoever to fix the issue or make it right. Not to mention the owner stated “this happens regularly and that they can’t do anything about it”. So they’ve known about this issue and really don’t care. Mistakes happen but how a business handles them matters. Subway completely failed. I left frustrated, and out of pocket while they acted like it wasn’t their problem. I will never eat here again and strongly suggest others think twice before ordering online.

This Subway consistently impresses me with its cleanliness, friendly atmosphere, and perfectly made sandwiches. The staff take real pride in their work, they greet every customer with a smile and make sure every order is done right. It’s easily one of the best Subways I’ve visited.

Worst location. Barely any toppings on a veggie sub. Someone needs to tell them that the toppings on a veggie sub IS THE SUB. These aren’t garnishes. I’d rather drive for another 10 minutes out of my way to Fifty rd Subway. Won’t be returning. Update: Response from owner is passive and not apologetic. They claim to ensure customer satisfaction but do not back up their claim. I am still a unsatisfied customer.

Don't know about the other reviews, but when we went in yesterday as we had to take a stop because of our baby, the place was very clean and well maintained. The washrooms were also impressively clean. The server was quick to take order as well as offer support if we needed any. Hats off to Charan, for managing this location so well. From what I could see she was alone at that time and donning multiple hats and still she was super kind and accommodating to us. Most definitely recommend it.

I talked to ASHI (Manager) the worst customer experience i have ever had with her she needs to learn how to greet a customer treat a customer. Are this the toppings quantity it should be on a Sandwich after spending $15?! More Onions mentioned is this much called more onions! And this is not jist me qho mentioned about worst customer service under her name! I would recommend to read more comments and there we go how we get treated! The worst customer service experience i have ever had!!! I would not recommend anyone to go as of my point of view!
