Food was ok! Server was trash and charged me for a cookie even after doing the scan and rate for a free cookie, so this is now 1 star Terrible service subway, hire better service

Love this Subway! The food is always fresh, the staff go above and beyond, and service is super fast even during busy times. You can tell they care about their customers. Keep up the great work, Grimsby team!

I always look forward to stopping by this Subway. The ingredients are fresh, the bread is always soft, and the veggies are crisp. The team works fast even during rush hours, and they never compromise on quality or service.

For over a decade, my wife and I have visited this Subway location. Unfortunately, our experiences have often been frustrating and inconsistent. One of the worst instances was when the owner refused to make me a sandwich, only serving my wife. She ended up eating dinner alone while I went without subway. This experience was so upsetting that we didn't return for a long time. Yesterday, we decided to give it another try. We ordered a turkey sub, but they began preparing a tuna sub instead. There was also a strange issue when we asked for bacon. A staff member placed the bacon on a piece of paper and then put the paper directly on my sandwich. This seemed like a potential sanitary issue. I can't think of a reason for this other than trying to keep the counter clean, but it was concerning. Because of these repeated problems, we now prefer to go to other Subway locations, even though this one is close to home. It's a shame because the high volume of customers at this location means they have little incentive to improve their service.
