best cake we have had in a long time totally customized boston creampie cake it was very stunning visually and physically see pictures for awesomeness 🙂 very great they went above and beyond thank you from our family 🙂... Got another great cake for my sons 2nd birthday amazing as always very tasty just perfect thank you guys so much got another darn great cake from here for my sons 5th birthday thank you so much it was amazing

I ordered a birthday cake for my mother. I chose the whipped cream topping and was under the impression that I would get whipped cream. It ended up being some sort of cool whip and we couldn't eat the cake. I understand that some people like cool whip but when it is advertised as whipped cream, then it should be real whipped cream and not an artificial "whipped topping". I really wanted to get a nice tasting cake for my mother and was disappointed. Also, when my partner showed up to pick up the cake, they couldn't find the order. I had set the pick up time for 11 am and they ended up having to make the cake on the spot. My mother was sitting and waiting at my house for a while and we had to put off our other plans for the day. I chose subs plus as they were recommended and I'm sure the staff is nice but this was so disappointing.

We ordered a custom cake for our son's 4th birthday! All I did was request a custom image and they did an amazing job adding such details to the border! Such a nice surprise as I had not asked for the little details but we were so happy they thought of this!

My 30th birthday cake was from Subs Plus & they did such a great job! Better than I could have expected! It was so well decorated and of course delicious! I always recommend Subs Plus to anyone who asks. So thankful for my amazing cake!

I only had the Subs Plus St Catharines experience up until this past February when my family ordered my 30th birthday cake at the Welland location. Not only was it so special to find a local bakery by the few who custom make white chocolate raspberry cake, but it blew me away with how rich it was with detail and the taste was out of this world. We had back to back birthdays so was spoiled to have both the white chocolate raspberry cake for my day and the chocolate fudge with white cake for family. Highly recommend Subs Plus to anyone craving that authentic birthday cake experience 😃🍰⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
