Studio Vine Glassblowing

I highly recommend this awesome and unique experience. Woody is a patient and friendly teacher; he is a wealth of information and even makes the "sciencey" bits fun and interesting. What I liked best is that except for the initial gathering of glass on the rod, Woody lets you do everything, including that super satisfying tap at the end which releases the glass from the rod. Loved this so much and hope to do it again.

My husband and I had an incredible experience at Studio Vine Glassblowing. Getting to work with glass in the hot shop was so much fun, and Woody was a fantastic instructor. His passion for the craft, history and science of glasswork comes through, and makes his studio an amazing place to experience it. Would absolutely recommend the "Hot Glass Experience", and checking out the beautiful pieces in the shop.

Woody was such a great teacher! Incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I had a great time and would recommend it for anyone who wants to do something fun while in niagara.

Their class experiences are a great time! The teacher has years of experience clearly and does a great job of making sure everything is done safely while keeping it fun. Definitely recommend for someone that wants to try working with hot glass!

I had the pleasure of taking the glassblowing class with my fiancée with Woody today and it was absolutely amazing. He showed us the whole glassblowing studio and how everything works, and walked us through how to make a cool multi-layered glass piece that I can’t wait to put in my office. He’s a really easy guy to talk to and ask questions, and he radiates positivity and excitement about the process. Woody has some truly incredible works of art in his studio for sale. Going to be picking up some whisky glasses soon! I’d you’re considering an intro to glassblowing class, look no further!
