Sunny, was a wonderful host, and her place was so welcoming, clean, cozy and warm. We had a wonderful stay and even met other guests who we made friends with at the dining table over breakfast. Highly recommended. Thank you 💕
View on GoogleOne of the Best Stays in Niagara Falls! This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Niagara Falls. It’s located perfectly right between Niagara Falls and the Whirlpool Aero Car. The WEGO bus runs directly between both spots and it’s just a 2 minute walk from the hotel to catch the bus. Important Note for Visitors: If you’re not from Niagara, be aware that Presto cards don’t work on the WEGO bus. You’ll need to buy a $13 CAD day pass, which is valid for unlimited rides all day. Now, about the hotel itself. the owner Sunny is incredibly sweet and welcoming. She allowed me to check in half an hour early which I really appreciated. Unlike most hotels that have a fixed breakfast schedule but, Sunny asked about my preferred time and breakfast choices. I was staying here for a late night photo shoot and often returning at 3 AM and waking up around 10 or 10:30 AM and yet, Sunny personally checked in with me to offer breakfast. The entire experience felt more like staying at home than a hotel. It’s peaceful, clean and genuinely comforting. If you’re reading reviews to decide so, I would suggest you to stop scrolling and book this place. You won’t regret it.
View on GoogleReally enjoyed our mother/daughter getaway in Niagara. Strathaird B&B has a fantastic location, quiet and peaceful away from the main tourist hub, but still close to all the major attractions via the WeGo Bus (the bus stop is only a few minutes walk down the road). Sunny, our host is a wonderful! She made us feel very welcome as if we were at home. We came during the heat wave of 40C deg heat, so super glad they have refreshing A/C!! Easy check in/check out, beautiful garden, thoughtful service, comfortable bed, clean environment, quaintly decorated, fantastic homemade hot breakfast (we enjoyed french toast, pancakes, fruits, eggs, bacon and sausages during our trip!). Looking forward to staying again. What a wonderful experience.
View on GoogleBeautiful home! Sunny, the owner, was wonderful. She made us a big breakfast every morning. The food was great. Nice quiet getaway. Big front porch to sit and have a cup of tea and read a book. I would have loved to live there. 😉
View on GoogleWe had a wonderful two night stay here with Sunny! Our room was cute and comfortable with an en-suite bathroom. Breakfast each day was warm, delicious, and convenient! We got to know our fellow travellers and get fueled up for the day. Sunny was very accommodating and communicative about things to do and logistics. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to stay within walking distance to the falls but out of the noise and chaos.
