I had the opportunity to visit this past weekend, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The restaurant only opened in October, and the space is absolutely stunning. The décor and atmosphere are beautiful — it reminded me a little of Two Sisters Vineyards, but on an even grander scale. From the elegant bar area to the dining room, every detail feels thoughtfully designed and very upscale. The service was exceptional from the moment we walked in. The hostess was warm and welcoming, and The AMAZING Rowan, that was our server, He was incredibly knowledgeable about both the menu and the wines, FUNNY as one could be. He made the entire experience even more enjoyable. We ordered from the prix fixe menu and every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. We also enjoyed a bottle of their wine, which paired perfectly with the meal. Overall, an outstanding dining experience — beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, and wonderful food. I highly recommend visiting and will definitely be back.

We just had our wedding at Stone Eagle and couldn’t be more happy! We had our ceremony in the ballroom, cocktail hour in the barrel room, and during our cocktail hour they flipped the ballroom into the reception area. We’re so pleased with how it all turned out. Our guests raved about how beautiful it was there. We had a plated brunch wedding, and they made our menu exactly how we pictured it. The food and drinks were phenomenal! We can’t thank you enough for the most perfect day!

Stone Eagle is an absolute gem in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The space is beautiful modern yet warm, effortlessly sophisticated without feeling stuffy. You can tell a lot of love went into every detail of this beautiful venue. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. Rowan took amazing care of us. The servers were genuinely friendly and clearly passionate about what they do, in a way that goes far beyond the average dining experience. The food was unreal. My husband had the duck and confidently says it was the best duck he’s ever had in his life. He’s pretty particular and boujee so that’s a huge compliment. I’m a vegetarian and the chef was also incredibly thoughtful and accommodating of my diet. I ended up with a beautiful dish that required effort and care from the chef. Also the brussel sprouts… order them, actually order them twice. Do not skip dessert I don’t care how full you are just do it. They were beautiful, perfect portion sizes and the taste…unreal, not a place to skip dessert. We spent nearly four hours there and it honestly felt like time flew by, which says everything about the atmosphere and pacing. The wine was exceptional across the board, and their traditional method sparkling deserves a special shoutout, it honestly beats Veuve in my opinion. Stone Eagle isn’t just a meal, it’s an experience. We’ll be talking about this place for a long time and absolutely can’t wait to return.

The Stone Eagle establishment is absolutely incredible. You are just in awe of the place as soon as you walk in. The staff are very professional and know customer service. You notice that every small detail has been thought out. My husband and I came for his birthday. We ordered the goat cheese salad, risotto, filet steak, short rib and Hong Kong milk style tiramisu. We paired the food with the 2020 two sisters cab sauv. All items were just outstanding. You can tell the chef takes great pride in his food. We want to thank Rowan for going above and beyond to ensure that our dinner was exceptional. He is very personable and made our visit very comfortable. His sincere welcome and excellent service made all the difference. He understood the cuisine, made excellent suggestions and wine pairings. Absolutely amazing night out. Don’t listen to the one star review because it’s absolutely not true at all. We will be back again and will be asking for Rowan to serve us. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience.
