I am so impressed with Brenda from the Stone Centre in St. Catharines. I called last year just looking for information about getting a headstone for a family member. I had no clue what I needed to do, what to look for, what information I needed. She helped me with absolutely everything. Fast forward a year later, when we were finally able to order the headstone and she was just as helpful. She made the process seamless. She helped explain everything. Made it so clear, was so patient with me and all of my questions, and made the whole thing so easy for us. Thank you, Brenda, for making this experience as easy as possible!

View on GoogleOver promise, under deliver! My sister and I purchased a slab that was to be an add on to our grandmothers headstone when our father passed away. Upon making arrangements and paying, we were told it would take 8 weeks for the stone to be installed at the cemetery. 17 Weeks later, (after having to call the Kitchener location because this branch had a busy signal all day long for weeks on end)- they gave us an update and said they would have the St. Catharines store get in touch with us. Once they did call I voiced my concerns about the length of time it was taking, the associate agreed it was taking longer than normal & said she would look into it. When she called back the story had changed that it was never 8 weeks and that the stone was a special order and it would take 4 months to get it from South Africa (this is after telling us at the first meeting that it was a very common headstone and although it wasn't in stock, it would be no trouble to match) - I had pointed out that we were told 8 weeks on 3 separate occasions along the way to which I was told " I don't think I said that" - not the slightest inkling of accountability or even an apology which would have gone a long way. People make mistakes, that's fine but when you are in customer service the least you could do is offer an apology of some sort and be empathetic . I would never bring my business to this establishment ever again or recommend them.
View on GoogleI'd like to put 0 stars we went in and there was a couple being served we were asked to come back in 20 mins. We came back and there was another gentlemen waiting when the couple left she served the man asking how she could help him we decided to leave I called and told the lady that it was rude she tried to lie stating he had an appointment so I asked then why not tell me that not 20 mins or say do u mind waiting a minute rude very rude
