Dawn is wonderful! She’s so friendly and attentive, and you can tell she really cares about doing a great job. She helped shorten my pants and the turnaround was super fast. Everything was done perfectly. Great service and a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place!

Amrit was amazing she let me know how long it would take for stitching to be done and approximately how much it would cost the stitching. The whole procedure was done in less time than given very fast and reliable would definitely come back here again. I cannot even tell where the stitching happened

I needed some alterations to my hockey pants. The store did a great job in suggesting how it could be done. Even after I experienced problems with the initial job, they immediately took action to correct the job in a timely way. Staff are very very accommodating, and helpful. I will definitely be back for future alterations

Two jobs - dry clean a pair of pants, replace the zipper of another. The Good: The replacement of the zipper was very well done. From my perspective, it looked like the same quality as the original. The Bad: The pants given for dry cleaning was chemically burned, leaving a permanent mark on the crotch area which is uncomfortably visible. I don't think that it is repairable so my expensive dress pants have been ruined. Very disappointed.

DO NOT GO! I took three pairs of pants here and all three came back ruined. The white ones came back stained and all three pairs were hemmed unevenly. The seams have already started falling out (I haven’t even worn them). On top of that it cost $75!! They refused to refund me even after I went back to the store. Please save your clothes and don’t go. Just to follow up on their response - the store manager was shown the items, in person and in an email. Additionally, the white pants were never worn. I absolutely did not get them dirty.
