Stirling Trailers

Recently purchased a 6x8 ft Sterling Trailer from Tractor Supply. I live very close to saltwater, so the corrosion resistance of Galvalume factored heavily in my decision. Overall I really like the trailer. I only need the trailer on occasion and it pulls easily with my mid-sized truck. It isn't as "beefy" as other trailers, but being lightweight has its own advantages. One complaint I have is there are a lot of sharp edges and I would recommend wearing gloves while operating the various latches. I believe more attention should be placed at the factory eliminating the sharp edges. Otherwise, very satisfied with my purchase.

Purchased our Stirling Boat Trailer (Mfg. Westbrook) from Cdn Tire. We had some questions regarding the trailer. WESTBROOK CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!! Immediate response. Took care of all our questions and concerns. This trailer is an excellent value and good quality. Very happy with this purchase.

Still waiting for a reply through email about a part i wanted to order but i didnt have the vin. She said send me the pictures and 2 days later no reply. Waste of time. No help just a headache

Jessica is terrific. Purchased a Westbrook utility trailer at Canadian Tire on Bayfield St in Barrie which was an absolute nightmare. Called the manufacturer about issues and they went out of their way to remedy the situation. Fantastic customer service!!!

I went to this facility to help a friend pick up his new utility. He has purchased one that had previous slight damage (now repaired/replaced0, and could not be sold "as new". His price was a very decent discount. I thought the staff was terrific. At least five people were out in the yard to make sure that the product was ready to go. They even put his license plates on for him. The office person "Tammy" seemed to know her business and had all the paperwork ready for registration at the MOH. In and out in less than twenty minutes. I don't think you could do better than that at any other place.
