Who ever answers the phone's is not helpful, and very rude .. I called cause I need the services they are supposed to offer... She didn't want to help and to be honest couldn't careless about it had to say , this is not how you run a business.... you'd think they would know better ,it is a lawyers officer... In the end I'm glad ,I found a great lawyer!!

Mark and his team of very experienced staff have taken care of our family, business and friends in the most superior of ways over many years and will continue to do so. Mark is a very efficient and creative problem solver. We always feel valued and heard and are at ease knowing we will be taken care of in the best way.

Eric always responded to us in a timely manner and was able to work around our hectic schedules. Eric was able to help simplify things and made the whole process easy and as painless as possible. My wife and I were very pleased with the service Eric provided.

I'm sure a law office sees dozens of closings every day, but I only will buy one home my entire life, and that's how they made me feel during the process. They cared as much about it as I did, which I never expected from a legal team. Thanks for the excellent service, would recommend 10/10.
View on GoogleAssistant Tammie had attitude, would not listen to what client was requesting regarding a very simple matter. Eric had been contacted for a simple notarization request. He was on vacation and was going to brief the office about the request---but failed to do so resulting in this mess with Tammie when client contacted office. Client explained the situation to Eric--however he failed to contact client upon return from vacation in order to clarify facts and hearing only Tammie's explanation-decided to "let sleeping dogs lie" and politely bid farewell to client. Due to discovery of a poor Google review posted, Eric contacted client 2 months after event requesting client's friend to remove poor review of his firm and maybe to discuss original situation. Eric did not attend to the fracas immediately upon return to office and should have contacted client. He only contacted client more than 2 months later due to friend's bad Google review. Poor business practice resulting in client's lack of confidence with law firm as a whole. Due to staff member's attitude and Lawyer's lack of interest - resulted in client being without representation, missing document notarization and delivery deadline, and incurring some financial loss. Very poor performance in dealing with this law firm for only the second time. First matter completed satisfactorily. Best to stay away from a firm that tolerates its staff using attitude towards clients and not listening to client.
