Michael is one of the best accountants I have ever worked with. He is highly professional, patient, and responsible. Throughout the entire process, he always took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I fully understood every step. Most importantly, he genuinely thinks from the client’s perspective and helped me reduce costs while finding the most suitable solutions for my situation. I have noticed that there are some negative reviews about the company online. Since I do not know the full background of those situations, I will not comment on them. Based on my own personal experience, everything went very smoothly, there were no unpleasant issues at all, and the service exceeded my expectations. From my experience, I truly appreciate Michael’s professionalism and dedication, and I would confidently recommend him and the company to others

said they would make shure my taxes were in so it didn't affect me .turns out months later I found out it was never even filed screwed all my payments up ..and then held my personal property ransom demanding payment even tho it wasn't filed so they wanted payment even tho they dident file my taxes and I told them I would go elsewhere but they actually held my property for ransom until I paid them for the work they dident even do .I couldent believe my ears that they were doing that ..I was forced to pay 250 !! For a personal tax return that he said was the easiest he had that year it was my rent and my pay that's it ..so you take your buisness to lornes in welland they got me back 3 grand when these clowns got me not a penny !!!!

I have been a CPA for 48 years, I have known Erik for over 30. This is a well run firm with high standards. They have an excellent staff with superior tax skills. An excellent choice for reviews and tax returns.

They seem nice, but too slow in getting the job done! I wouldn't recommend them!!
