Took my son here for his first piercing. Lydia was great! Quick and accurate 👌 The rest of the staff that was working was also helpful and friendly. Will definitely be going back to this location.

I was in Niagara Falls and decided to get a tattoo done at Steel and Ink. I want to say what an incredible experience I had with Rachelle, Kristy & Nikki. From the moment I entered the shop I was greeted to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere by Rachelle who was able to accommodate me as a walk-in customer..Kristy was a great help in assisting me with the finding ideas of the piece I was looking at having done. Tattoo artist Nikki was incredible. She is super talented and was just incredible with the 2 tattoos. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you Rachelle, Nikki & Kristy for everything. Looking forward to seeing you all again in the near future. Wishing you all the best for 2026.

Great experience it was clean. Our tattoo artist was great. I would recommend this place to anybody. My Husband also got a tattoo as well. He loves his tattoo.

Very chill and comfortable environment Draven our tattoo artist was amazing. I spontaneously decided to get a second nose piercing, and they were right on it .I forgot the girl’s name that pierced me but she kicked ass as well. Very comfortable place.
