During the period in which your organization provided care, my paralyzed brother was subjected to physical, mental, and emotional abuse. The very individuals entrusted with his safety and dignity became the source of harm. The conduct of your staff was unprofessional, irresponsible, and deeply concerning. They treated my brother with neglect and disregard, demonstrating neither compassion nor basic respect. Were it not for the camera installed in our home, the abuse would have remained hidden and my brother would have continued to suffer in silence. This company failed in the most fundamental duty of care. No family should ever endure what we experienced, and no vulnerable patient should be placed at such risk. I cannot recommend Stay-at-Home Nursing Services to anyone who values the wellbeing of their loved ones. The treatment my brother received represents the worst standard of care we have ever encountered. For the sake of those you love, do not place them in the hands of this company.

My experience of Stay At Home Nursing has been excellent. Riley and Lisa have lots of patience and continued to find the right PSWs for my dad who has dementia. Trish, Arashdeep and Olawale are a great fit for my dad. They provide caring service and are heroes.

I would recommend Stay at Home Nursing Care Services! My mother needs 24 hour care and they came to the rescue to give us a break for 1 week! The staff were friendly and professional and did a great job! My mom was happy and very well cared for! The house was clean, laundry done and meals prepared to my mothers liking! Excellent!!
